To ensure cost-effective savings to customers, Energy Trust updates incentives and requirements for select measures at the end of every year. These annual incentive updates are part of our budgeting process and take effect on January 1.

The November, December and January issues of Insider will be your main resource for all incentive updates effective January 1, 2016. If you participate in multiple Energy Trust programs, check each program’s page to ensure you have all of the most current information.

If changes for your program are not announced in the December issue, check the January issue for additional updates. We communicate incentive changes as early as possible to help you prepare for changes and share the most current information with customers.

Because of the number, timing or complexity of updates, some programs will also send separate emails to announce year-end changes. If you participate in multiple programs, you may receive emails from each of them.
