Energy Trust of Oregon offers several incentive pathways for customers who want to replace existing electric resistance heating with a more efficient heat pump or ductless heat pump. If you are an HVAC-focused trade ally participating in multiple Energy Trust offers and promotions, you need to know the various requirements to be sure you offer the best options to customers.

To assist trade allies, Energy Trust has developed a new heat pump and ductless heat pump program information sheet. The new sheet details the different requirements, incentives and applicable housing types to provide the best offers to fill your customers’ needs.

The most current information sheet, PI0320I-HP, can be found in the forms section of the Residential Insider pages. If you are not an HVAC trade ally, or perform additional work like insulation or windows, Energy Trust also has a standard Residential program information sheet you can utilize as a resource.
