Energy Trust’s Existing Buildings team is announcing several changes to commercial and multifamily incentives in Oregon and SW Washington as of January 1, 2024.
The following incentive changes for Oregon customers will go into effect on January 1, 2024:

Multifamily incentives are based on the incentive in effect on the equipment’s purchase date (purchases made in 2023 and installed in 2024 receive the 2023 incentive). Existing Buildings incentives are based on the incentive in effect on the project’s install date.
