Energy Trust’s Existing Buildings team is excited to announce the new incentives available for commercial and multifamily properties in 2022. See below for high-level incentive details and links directly to the web materials for full requirements.

New incentives as of January 1 2022:

• Commercial Condensing Gas Furnace—$5.75 per kBtu/h
• Garage Exhaust Ventilation Controls—$0.10 – $0.50 per CFM
• Electric Combination Oven—3-4 pan capacity – $500 each
• Electric Combination Oven—Half size – $300 each
• Electric Hot Food Holding Cabinet—Half size – $450 each
• In-unit Laundry Centers (WA Only)—$45 per laundry center

Discontinued incentives as of January 1 2022:

• Electric Griddle—$400
• Gas Single Rack Oven—$2,500
• Gas Double Rack Oven—$5,000
• Commercial Condensing Tankless Water Heater ≥ 200 kBtu (Oregon Multifamily only)—$1.00 per kBtu/h
