A sales performance incentive fund, SPIF, of $80 is now available to multifamily trade allies for each qualifying recirculation pump system sold and installed in an eligible multifamily property. To qualify, the existing condition should be gas-heated water with one primary recirculation loop, pump size between 0.5 and 1.5 horsepower, and no existing control system. The building must be a high-rise multifamily building with three or more levels (excluding the basement) and a water demand control system with pump on at return temperature of 100°F and off at 105° F.
