Updates in the 2015 Existing Homes Specifications Manual include:

• Updates and clarifications to attic insulation, windows, mechanical systems and manufactured homes specifications
• Modifications to carbon monoxide alarm requirements
• Addition of complete measure checklists for eligible mechanical measures
