Did you know at least five percent of projects receive work quality verification? When an incentive application is selected for work quality verification, Energy Trust makes contact within one week to schedule an appointment.
Work quality verification process:
If an installed measure does not meet program requirements or specifications covered in the Specifications Manual, deficiencies are categorized as either minor or major corrective actions. The customer and trade ally are notified of the deficiencies and the trade ally is asked to perform corrective action. The trade ally has five business days to contact the customer and 30 calendar days to bring the installation up to required specifications.
