Metropolitan Contractor Improvement Partnership helps build management skills to increase profitability

EB_Insider_MCIPThe Metropolitan Contractor Improvement Partnership is a nonprofit business support and training program that coaches contractors in improving business management systems to increase profitability and net worth. The program serves all licensed contractors, with a focus on minority-owned and disadvantaged businesses, through one-on-one mentoring and technical and business workshops related to construction.

Both Metropolitan Contractor Improvement Partnership members and non-members are eligible to enroll, but membership provides some additional benefits. Contact Christopher Cross for more information about enrollment and membership benefits.
