We are excited to announce that EPS New Construction (formerly the New Homes program) has a new structure. The field services team will continue to engage with verifiers, builders and subcontractors. Please note that some team members have new roles within the EPS New Construction team, and your primary contact on the team may have changed.

FIELD SERVICES TEAM

Cheryl LaCombe, Field Supervisor
Employing her decade of experience in energy efficiency, Cheryl serves verifiers and builders in Southern Oregon and will support projects as far north as Eugene. She has successfully implemented new construction programs, providing effective participant support. Cheryl holds HERS and BPI certifications.

Heidi McCullough, Verifier Account Manager
With nine years of experience in residential new construction program delivery, Heidi supports verifiers in Portland, Salem and surrounding areas. Her extensive modeling and QA experience with REM/Rate™ under RESNET Standards helps Heidi support builders with low-tech, cost effective ways to increase building performance.

Matthew Mills, Verifier Account Manager & Solar Outreach Coordinator
Matthew serves verifiers in Portland, Salem and surrounding areas. He brings a deep knowledge of residential renewable energy systems, as well as expertise in building certification and energy auditing.

Stephanie Berkland, Trade Ally Coordinator
Stephanie brings a decade of experience in implementing energy efficiency programs. She will leverage her expertise in emerging building solutions and passion for net zero energy solutions to meet individual project goals. Stephanie will deliver the monthly verifier call.

Kyle Kent, Account Manager
Supporting the Southern Washington verifier and builder network, Kyle has hands-on experience in new home construction, weatherization and project management, along with a background in energy efficiency and home performance program coordination.

Cameron Welch, Account Manager
The point of contact for subcontractor training, including solar technologies, Cameron specializes in training tradespeople and others in best practices, installation requirements, new technologies and approaches for the entire state.

Mike Lillesand, Field Supervisor
Serving verifiers and builders in Central Oregon, Mike’s background in energy efficiency includes program field service and hands-on experience as a former owner of a weatherization company.

Caryn Appler, Residential Field Account Manager
Providing support to verifiers and builders in Eastern Oregon, Caryn will continue to use her extensive knowledge of the community and political landscape, along with her vast history of outreach.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION TEAM

Botond Kovacs, Trade Ally Coordinator
Supporting new trade allies, Botond processes documentation and provides insight on program process and incentives.

Nihit Shah, Technical Lead
Serving as the technical lead, Nihit advises new verifiers on modeling best practices and oversees file quality assurance.

Carrie Bee, Quality Assurance Coordinator
Checking models against guidelines, Carrie is responsible for file quality assurance and offering feedback to trade allies.
