Meet the 2018 EPS New Construction team


We are excited to announce that EPS New Construction (formerly the New Homes program) has a new structure. The field services team will continue to engage with verifiers, builders and subcontractors. Please note that some team members have new roles within the EPS New Construction team, and your primary contact on the team may have changed.

FIELD SERVICES TEAM

Employing her decade of experience in energy efficiency, Cheryl serves verifiers and builders in Southern Oregon and will support projects as far north as Eugene. She has successfully implemented new construction programs, providing effective participant support. Cheryl holds HERS and BPI certifications.

With nine years of experience in residential new construction program delivery, Heidi supports verifiers in Portland, Salem and surrounding areas. Her extensive modeling and QA experience with REM/Rate™ under RESNET Standards helps Heidi support builders with low-tech, cost effective ways to increase building performance.

Matthew Mills, Verifier Account Manager & Solar Outreach Coordinator
Matthew serves verifiers in Portland, Salem and surrounding areas. He brings a deep knowledge of residential renewable energy systems, as well as expertise in building certification and energy auditing.
