Quality management update: Desk review rollout


To enhance quality assurance, the Existing Homes team has recently incorporated desk reviews into the quality management process. This new process helps Energy Trust deliver quality assurance more efficiently across a range of energy improvements, while requiring less disruption to customers’ schedules.

The desk review process includes a thorough review of the incentive application and supporting documentation, as well as the collection of photo documentation from the customer. Based on installation requirements, Energy Trust will guide customers to document and submit photos of specific items and locations.

Desk reviews are currently implemented on select energy-efficiency upgrades, and will be phased in for additional upgrades throughout 2016. To learn more about the desk review process, contact the trade ally team at 1.866.365.3526, option 8.
