Marketing and advertising resources

Check out the resources Energy Trust offers to help trade allies meet their goals, get the word out to potential customers, train new employees and save more energy:

Business development funds
Through its business development fund, Energy Trust reimburses trade allies for a portion of their marketing investment to promote energy-efficiency offerings eligible for Energy Trust incentives. Funds may be used for advertising (newspaper, magazine, radio, television, phone book and billboards), website design and development, brochures, business cards and other approved marketing pieces. For details on how to participate, download the Business Development Form and Substitute W-9 Form for business development.

Marketing materials
Trade allies can request and/or download Energy Trust marketing materials to share with customers. These include fact sheets explaining specific energy-efficient equipment, as well as customer success stories.

Training and technical support
Energy Trust program representatives are available to train trade ally employees on energy-efficient equipment and technologies to help you provide better information to your customers.

For additional information, contact Alex Snook, trade ally coordinator, at 503.407.7286.
