Energy Trust’s Existing Buildings team is excited to offer limited-time bonus incentives for select gas-saving equipment installations at commercial and multifamily properties.
To qualify for standard commercial and multifamily incentive bonuses, equipment must be purchased and installed between March 1 and September 30, 2022.
Custom project incentive bonuses will also be eligible for any projects that have an incentive offer issued and signed between March 1 December 31, 2022.
To qualify for retro commissioning (RCx) incentive bonuses, projects must have an incentive offer issued on or after March 1 and must be submitted with all completed final project closeout paperwork no later than December 31, 2022.

*Energy Trust normally pays an incentive on 65-75%on base project cost for qualifying RCx projects. During the limited time bonus incentive offering Energy Trust will pay an incentive of up to 100% of eligible RCx project costs.
