Existing Multifamily

Extension of limited time prescriptive gas bonuses

Energy Trust is extending its offering of standard bonus incentives for select gas-saving equipment for existing commercial, multifamily, and industrial properties in Oregon. Select standard bonuses will also be extended for commercial and multifamily buildings in SW Washington.

To qualify for commercial, multifamily, and industrial standard bonus incentives, equipment must be purchased on or after March 1, and installed on or before December 1, 2022. In addition:

  • A complete incentive application must be received by Energy Trust within 90 days of the date of purchase and installation, but no later than December 1, 2022.
  • Energy Trust may require a post-installation verification for select projects before incentive payment.
  • Customers should use the standard incentive application forms to apply for the bonus and can expect to receive their check six to eight weeks after a completed application is received.

Bonuses cannot be combined with any other Energy Trust promotions or offerings. Incentives are subject to funding availability and may change.
