This fall, the Oregon Department of Energy will open an opportunity announcement for Renewable Energy Development, RED, Grants. Qualifying projects include systems that produce energy using biomass, solar, geothermal, hydropower, wind, landfill gas, biogas or wave, tidal or ocean thermal energy technology. Oregon Department of Energy will award grants up to $250,000 per project, not to exceed 35 percent of eligible project costs.
