According to section 1.3.1 of the Solar + Storage Program Guide, residential sites are only eligible for one solar and one storage incentive per 5-year period, or up to the current incentive cap per 5-year period for capacity based and flat rate incentives.

Customers who received the standard incentive within a 5-year period but are interested in an expansion are eligible for up to the current incentive less the previously received incentive by exception.

Example: If the current incentive offering is $2,500 and a residential site received a $400 incentive within the past 5 years, they would be eligible for an incentive in the amount of $2,100.
