Energy Trust’s Existing Buildings team has announced several changes to commercial and multifamily incentives for Oregon and Southwest Washington customers. Changes were effective January 1, 2024, unless noted otherwise.
The following incentive changes for Oregon customers went into effect on January 1, 2024:

Please note that multifamily incentive amounts are based on the date equipment was purchased, rather than the installation date (equipment purchased in 2023 but installed in 2024 will receive the 2023 incentive). Existing Buildings incentive amounts are based on the installation date (equipment purchased in 2023 but installed in 2024 will receive the 2024 incentive).
