Energy Trust provides cash incentives for NW Natural customers located in Washington. To qualify for Existing Buildings incentives, a building located in the state of Washington must be served by NW Natural with a C03, C41 or C42 rate schedule. Industrial (code starts with an “I”) and Transport (code starts with a “T”) rate schedules are excluded.
Eligible business types may include:
- Offices
- Retail
- Lodging
- Foodservice
- Multifamily housing, including but not limited to independent and assisted living
- Hospitals
- Educational facilities
- Governmental facilities
- New buildings or major renovations may be eligible for some standard, non-shell measures
