As of January 1, 2015, Energy Trust is offering a $500 instant incentive for NW Natural customers in Oregon who install a gas furnace with 90 percent or greater AFUE. The gas furnace must be installed in a single-family rental property and verified by the property owner or manager.

Currently this incentive is only available for trade allies who participate in instant incentives. A new application form, 320RPI, will be distributed to participating instant incentive trade allies.
