Feedback needed – Insider redesign


Energy Trust sent the first Insider newsletter in March 2005. At the time, it consisted of eight plain black-and-white printed pages mailed to our network of only 400 trade allies. Since then, Insider has undergone many improvements, including the addition of color, charts and photos, and eventual transition into an online resource. However, Insider’s core purpose hasn’t changed: it serves as an important resource for program and incentive updates, trainings, event opportunities and industry news.

Energy Trust always looks for ways we can improve our offerings and services to better support our network of allies. For that reason, we recently kicked off a project to redesign Insider with the goals to improve content and make it easier to navigate. Insider is intended to serve trade ally needs, therefore your feedback and insights are extremely important to inform our redesign efforts.
