Energy Trust is extending the seasonal bonus for direct-vent gas fireplaces through February 28, 2015. The bonus is available only for efficient direct-vent gas fireplaces projects that qualify for standard cash incentives and are installed by February 28. The bonus is offered in addition to standard Energy Trust cash incentives:

• 75 percent fireplace efficiency, FE, or higher: $350 incentive + $300 bonus = $650 total cash back
• 70–74.9 percent FE: $250 incentive + $100 bonus = $350 total cash back
