2015 Washington Existing Homes incentive updates now in effect

Incentive changes for the Existing Homes program are now in effect for projects installed on or after January 1, 2015.

To avoid customer confusion and provide the best guidance to your customers:

  • Make sure your staff is up-to-date on the latest incentive offers and requirements.
  • Confirm that your office is using paper and online forms updated for 2015.
  • Use the incentive guide, form PI 320WA, for staff training before providing incentive estimates to customers. The incentive guide provides more detail on incentive requirements than the quick reference sheets.
