As of May 1, 2016, Energy Trust no longer offers incentives for homes that are ENERGY STAR® or Earth Advantage certified.
Homes certified on or before April 30, 2016 are still eligible to receive the $500 incentive. Homes certified after April 30, 2016 must receive an EPSTM and follow program guidelines to earn an Energy Trust incentive.
