Energy Trust will offer a new Commercial Condensing Gas Furnace incentive starting January 1, 2022. The new incentive will be $5.75 per kBtu/h input for qualifying equipment installed in non-multifamily commercial buildings in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Requirements are as follows:

• Input capacity must be less than 225,000 Btu/h
• Minimum efficiency of 95% AFUE
• Must have either multispeed or variable speed ECM supply fan
• Must be primary heating source for the space
• Site must be served by participating gas utility
