Existing Buildings incentive changes effective January 1, 2021


At the end of each year, Energy Trust updates incentives to ensure we offer cost effective savings and renewable energy options for customers. We also add or remove incentives during this annual update. Incentive updates for Existing Buildings in Oregon and all commercial offerings for NW Natural Customers in Southwest Washington are included below. Incentives which are not listed here remain at 2020 levels. Unless noted otherwise, incentive updates go into effect on January 1, 2021.

Commercial

Existing Buildings – Oregon

The following updates apply to Energy Trust Existing Buildings projects. Incentives which are not included in the list below remain unchanged as of January 1, 2021. These updates do not apply to other Energy Trust programs.

The following updates apply to Energy Trust Existing Buildings, greenhouses and New Buildings projects in Southwest Washington, and unless otherwise noted, will go into effect on January 1, 2021. Incentives which are not included in the list below will remain unchanged on January 1, 2021. These updates do not apply to other Energy Trust programs.
