We’re excited to share that incentives have increased for qualifying Energy Trust of Oregon EPS homes, putting more money on the table for high‑performance new construction. After May 1, 2026, EPS homes that achieve at least 10% above code are eligible for increased incentives.
What do builders and raters need to do?
No special action is required to access the increased incentives. The enhancements apply to market rate homes that are at least 10% above code, with additional incentive value for homes with ducts inside.

All eligible projects submitted on or after May 1, 2026, will automatically receive increased incentives; there are no caps, limits, or special enrollment steps.
