Energy Trust values trade allies’ insights and feedback to help us improve our offers and support for industry professionals. We also recognize the need for investment in workforce development. We’ve contracted with Evergreen Economics and Brightline Group (the Evergreen team) to conduct formal interviews with trade allies to help us learn what’s working, what we can do differently, and what barriers we can help remove.

The Evergreen team will soon reach out to selected trade ally firms via email, phone calls, and direct mail to schedule 30 to 45-minute interviews over the next few weeks. We hope to gather feedback and gain insights into workforce development needs and ways we can have an impact. Evergreen understands that your time is valuable, and they will pay $100 to trade allies who participate in the survey.
