Energy Trust is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to participate in our 2022 Ductless Heat Pumps for Rental Properties promotion, offering increased incentives to eligible property owners and managers to install low-cost, single-head ductless heat pumps in their tenants’ primary living spaces.

The Ductless Heat Pumps for Rental Properties promotion is for small single-family and multifamily rentals (duplex, triplex, fourplex and side-by-side properties) and enables trade allies to offer increased cash incentives to motivate property owners and managers to upgrade their heating and cooling systems with lower out-of-pocket costs. Oregon homes with electric-resistance heating provided by Portland General Electric or Pacific Power are eligible for this promotion.
