Energy Trust will launch the Contractor Connect Mentorship Pathway (CCMP) for Residential trade allies in September 2023. This program will connect emerging trade allies with seasoned trade allies through one-on-one mentorships. Its key objectives include strengthening trade ally support for minority and women-owned contractors, supporting trade ally connections, sharing business and industry knowledge, and providing mentees with the tools and understanding they need to develop their businesses.
