Starting July 1, there will be two incentive changes for grocery stores with electric heating or a combination of gas and electric heating. Changes to the following standard grocery measures will go into effect for equipment purchased on or after July 1, 2017:

• Strip Curtains (low- and medium-temperature): Incentive reduced to $6 per square foot
• Add Doors to Open Refrigerated Cases: Incentive reduced to $200 per linear foot of door for customers who receive electricity from Portland General Electric or Pacific Power. Note: The incentive remains unchanged at $100 per linear foot of door for gas-only service territories.
