Energy Trust of Oregon is launching the Contractor Connect Mentorship Pathway (CCMP) for Contractor Development Pathway (CDP) trade allies in September 2023.

This program is looking to connect emerging trade allies with seasoned trade allies through one-on-one mentorship opportunities. Its key objective is to assist minority, women, veteran and rural-owned contractor mentees with the tools and insight they are seeking to develop their businesses.

Mentors will be compensated for their time and their stories will be featured in future Insider articles.
