Energy Trust’s new Application Status Visibility tool gives trade allies instant access to application updates, no calls or emails required.

Beginning in late July, trade allies can check the status of a customer’s incentive application online using Energy Trust’s new Application Status Visibility tool. The tool provides real-time status updates and indicates whether any action is needed to keep an application moving forward.

To look up an application, you’ll need the application reference ID, which you will be emailed when y and the email address or site address associated with it. The tool supports single-application lookups, and get an immediate status update.

This first release focuses on giving trade allies and customers fast, direct access to the information they need most. Energy Trust will continue gathering feedback and evaluating additional features based on user needs.

The tool will be available starting late July,  linked from incentive application confirmation emails and accessible on the Energy Trust website. Additional updates will be coming through email and posted to the Insider Newsletter closer to launch of the tool.
