Starting in 2017, Energy Trust will begin delivering our full range of services to eligible Avista natural gas customers in Oregon. Avista is an electric and natural gas company with customers in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. In Oregon, Avista provides gas service to more than 90,000 customers in Roseburg, Medford, Klamath Falls, La Grande and surrounding areas.

This decision was part of a general rate case at the Oregon Public Utility Commission and directed the administration and delivery of gas efficiency services for Avista customers in Oregon be transferred from Avista to Energy Trust. Certain business rate classes do not provide funding to Energy Trust and therefore are not eligible for service. As Avista wraps up its current 2016 conservation offerings, incentive applications for projects completed in 2016 must be postmarked by February 28, 2017. To download an incentive form, go to www.avistautilities.com/savings/rebates and select Oregon.
