Energy Trust’s EPS New Construction program will launch its 2025 offers early next year, using the 2023 Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) as baseline. Changes in 2025 will include updated incentive amounts and new bonus offers.
The EPS team has finalized incentives, but they will not be official until Energy Trust’s board of directors approves the 2025 budget, which is expected to happen in mid-December 2024.
Whole-home energy use incentives will range from $1,000 for homes that are 5% more efficient than code to $3,350 for homes that are 20% more efficient than code.
