Savings Within Reach now offers enhanced water heating incentives to income-qualified customers, as defined by Oregon statutes. The Saving With Reach program track offers increased incentives for select home energy upgrades to income-qualified households.

Eligible models must meet the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s Advanced Water Heater Specification to qualify for the cash incentive. The tank may be any size and must be installed by a Hot Water Solutions rebate-eligible contractor.
To receive Savings Within Reach incentives, your customer must complete the Income Verification application, Form 310MIT, prior to beginning work and submit it with the incentive application, Form 320MIT. Eligible trade allies can also offer on-bill repayment to Savings Within Reach customers through the Savings Within Reach on-bill repayment application, Form 321MIT. Participating Savings Within Reach trade allies must submit forms on behalf of the customer. To obtain these forms, email the Existing Homes trade ally team.
