Pacific Power and Energy Trust of Oregon are working to coordinate incentive eligibility for Pacific Power’s WattSmart offer. As a temporary measure, Energy Trust battery storage incentives may not be combined with Wattsmart rebates. This applies to both residential and commercial battery storage incentives.

Customers receiving Energy Trust battery incentives cannot receive Wattsmart incentives. Trade allies should not provide quotes for both rebates on solar proposals or estimates. Projects with active incentive reservations should notify Energy Trust at solar@energytrust.org if they also plan to pursue Wattsmart rebates. Utility grant applicants to Pacific Power’s Blue Sky program are still eligible to receive Battery Storage Development Assistance incentives.
