Energy Trust updates incentives and requirements throughout the year to ensure our offers meet market and customer needs while remaining cost-effective. The changes detailed below will apply to installations occurring on or after April 1, 2025, and will only apply to single family and manufactured homes for ductless heat pump incentives offered through our Residential program.
The updates apply to our market rate DHP incentives. Many special and regional incentive amounts will remain unchanged. The table below provides an overview of the incentive changes. The new incentive levels will be applied to eligible ductless heat pump projects installed on or after April 1, 2025.

The primary requirements for ductless heat pump measures will mostly remain unchanged, however the forms are being updated to gather information about the spaces where additional indoor heads are installed in multi-zone systems.
We anticipate that new Residential forms will be available beginning March 25, 2025.
