For a limited time, Energy Trust is offering a bonus incentive to commercial lodging customers who upgrade their electric resistance heating systems in guest rooms and common areas to AHRI Certified® packaged terminal heat pumps. The bonus incentive of $125 per unit is in addition to the standard incentive of $200 for each qualifying packaged terminal heat pump. There is no minimum or maximum number of units to qualify.

The packaged terminal heat pump bonus is available to eligible lodging customers in Portland General Electric and Pacific Power territory from August 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. Equipment must be purchased and installed after August 1, 2019, to qualify. Incentive applications, and all required documentation, must be received within 90 days of the purchase and installation date, but no later than December 31, 2019.
Please note that replacing or upgrading a previously installed packaged terminal heat pump does not qualify for the standard incentive or bonus.
