The EPS New Construction team has evolved in exciting ways over the past year. Read on to get acquainted with the team members who will support verifiers and builders in 2019. Please note that some team members have new roles within the EPS New Construction team, and your primary contact on the team may have changed.
FIELD SERVICES TEAM
Cheryl LaCombe, Field Manager
Employing her decade of experience in energy efficiency, Cheryl serves verifiers and builders in Southern Oregon, and will support projects as far north as Eugene. She has successfully implemented new construction programs, providing effective participant support. Cheryl holds HERS and BPI certifications.
Matthew Mills, Verifier Account Manager & Solar Outreach Specialist
Serving verifiers in Portland, Salem and surrounding areas, Matthew brings a deep knowledge of residential renewable energy systems, as well as expertise in building certification and energy auditing.
Greg Lasher, Verifier Account Manager
Greg supports the new construction builder and verifier network in Southwest Washington and the Portland area. He brings nine years of experience in building science, having worked for energy efficiency contractors in the Portland area. Greg also has extensive experience in sales and customer service and supports local home builders with efficiency programming.
Casey Phillips, Field Quality Assurance & Training Specialist
Working with verifiers in Southwest Washington, Casey provides quality assurance for homes by confirming air and duct leakage, installed equipment efficiencies, mechanical ventilation installations and other program requirements have been met. He also facilitates classroom and field trainings for sub-contractors, and holds BPI, PTCS and RESNET certifications.
Mike Lillesand, Field Supervisor
Serving verifiers and builders in Central Oregon, Mike’s background in energy efficiency includes program field service and hands-on experience as a former owner of a weatherization company.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION TEAM
Carrie Bee, Operations Lead
Offering technical support to verifiers, Carrie oversees trade ally coordination, file quality assurance and incentive processing.
Dan Wildenhaus, Builder Relations & Technical Advisor
Dan provides building science consultation, technical management, market channel development, and training and presentation services. Dan has 25 years of experience working directly with builders and contractors, performing energy audits and ratings, consulting and providing analysis for private clients and programs.
Botond Kovacs, Trade Ally Coordinator
Supporting new trade allies, Botond processes documentation and provides insight on program process and incentives.
