Need documentation on an existing system? Energy Trust can help!


Energy Trust can provide system documentation if the system previously received incentives. If your customer is interested in expanding their system, but they are missing information due to new home ownership or the system was installed by a different trade ally, a one-line and physical layout can be requested.

Please submit the request to solar@energytrust.org with a brief description of the system expansion, including the customer’s name, contact info and site address. If Energy Trust has provided an incentive in the past, we will email the customer directly to get written approval to share documents with the trade ally and customer. In the case of a new homeowner, Energy Trust will reach out to the previous homeowner on file for approval and redact personally identifiable information.
