These new forms can be used for both Oregon and Washington properties and also allow trade allies enrolled in Energy Trust’s instant incentives to apply more quickly with less paperwork. Trade allies can now list a project’s instant incentive amount on the first page of the application, instead of having customers sign a separate instant incentive authorization form.

All incentive applications, as well as the new Residential Incentive Program Information sheet, can be found in the Forms section of the Home Retrofit Insider page.
