Fast payment tip of the month
Missing or incorrect application information can delay processing by weeks until they are fully resolved. To avoid payment delays with your incentive reimbursement and/or rebates to your customers, double-check:
- The customer’s name on the application should match the payee’s information on the submitted invoice. If they’re different, provide an explanation of why, such as a note that they are co-decision makers for the home or authorized management of the property.
Incentive tip of the month
Maximizing heat pump and extended capacity heat pump incentives:
- If you are replacing an electric forced air furnace in a single-family rental, attached residence or income-eligible home that did not have a heat pump, and you are installing an extended capacity heat pump (ECHP), your project may be eligible for the $3,000 incentive under standard heat pumps (HPs). The ECHP must meet HP eligibility to apply. View all heat pump incentives: energytrust.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/HES_PI0320I-HP.pdf
