Energy Trust of Oregon has published updated application forms for market rate and regional offers. The only change included in these updates is an adjustment to the optional customer demographic page; all program requirements, incentive details, and submission processes remain unchanged.

Trade allies are encouraged to begin using the new forms for any projects starting now. However, projects submitted using older versions of the forms will not be flagged for missing information, as we recognize that previous versions may still be in circulation. To support consistency moving forward, please download and begin using the latest forms.
