Nonprofit lender Craft3 now offers on-bill loan repayment to Savings Within Reach customers who heat their homes with fuel from Pacific Power\, Portland General Electric or NW Natural. With the low-cost financing offer\, customers can complete qualifying energy efficiency upgrades with no up-front costs and make monthly payments through their utility bill. \nAttending the webinar and agreeing to the terms and conditions in the participation agreement will qualify you to be considered for the Savings Within Reach on-bill repayment program track.
