DESCRIPTION:CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS \nIn order to write the BPI HHE Exam and become certified as a BPI Healthy Home Evaluator\, you must hold an active BPI Building Analyst\, Multifamily Building Analyst\, HEP Energy Auditor\, or HEP Quality Control Inspector (QCI) certification. SUMMARY:PTCS Duct Sealing Class
DESCRIPTION:During this 3-day class a student is trained in heating system pressure diagnostics and to properly seal duct systems to PTCS standards. This class is a great introduction to house pressure diagnostics and a “House as a System” approach with training on the manometer\, duct blaster and blower door as well as duct fastening/sealing materials and applications. 7.5 BPI CEU’s. \nCommunity Services Consortium’s Weatherization Training Center works to raise community awareness about home energy efficiency and conservation and to bring training and certification opportunities to individuals in Linn\, Benton and Lincoln counties. In addition\, the Center also serves as a facility to bring other trainings to the Mid-Willamette Valley. They have hosted a range of trainings. The CSC Weatherization staff pride themselves on excellence and have taught and hosted trainings in Weatherization for over 450 students since our first class of graduates in October\, 2009.
