As of January 1, 2017, Existing Homes will expand cash incentives for tier 3 heat pump water heaters. All other incentives will continue at current levels.
Also new in 2017, Avista customers in Oregon will be eligible for all standard Existing Homes incentives. The Trade Ally Resources web pages and online application will be updated to reflect these changes January 2, 2017.
