Energy Trust’s online incentive application saves time and reduces paperwork. To save even more time for you and your customers, be sure to familiarize yourself with the process before beginning an application.
A customer consent form is required with all online applications to ensure the customer has read and agreed to Energy Trust’s terms and conditions for the incentive. Applications submitted online without a consent form are considered incomplete, which will lead to delays in incentive processing.
To save time, you can print the one-page terms and conditions documents and deliver them to your customer’s home. You can scan and upload the signed consent form or use your smartphone to take a photo. The customer signature must be legible in scanned documents or photos. To avoid delays be sure to use the appropriate consent form for your application:
