The webinars will cover Multifamily and Residential On-Bill Loan Repayment. \nSavings Within Reach On-Bill Loan Repayment helps make home energy upgrades more affordable for income-qualified households in Oregon. With On-Bill Loan Repayment \, trade allies receive a 50% advance on the loan from Craft3 before beginning work\, and full payment upon completion of the project. Homeowners then pay back costs through their home heating utility bill. Attendance is a prerequisite to enrolling in the trade ally network but all contractors performing work for Energy Trust customers are welcome and encouraged to participate. \nCost: Free
