DESCRIPTION:This half-day course is intended for professionals looking to increase their knowledge about Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) development in order to respond to increasing client demand for properties with ADU potential.\nIncreasing rates of prospective home buyers are interested in building an ADU on their property\, and real estate professionals can be on the cutting edge of this emerging development trend to help homeowners/developers understand site eligibility\, development process and costs\, and the return on investment of ADUs. Providing a Home Energy Score at the time of listing can also give sellers a boost in the current housing market where energy efficiency and renewable energy are highly valued. A score can also help homebuyers – especially first-time buyers – understand how energy bills could affect their budget in a new home. \nAttend this webinar and gain a comprehensive overview of the new program and answers to common questions that will help you become the ultimate resource for your clients. \n\n\nThe Oregon Home Energy Score will provide a voluntary framework for homeowners to hire a trained and authorized Home Energy Assessor to perform a Home Energy Assessment and deliver a Home Energy Score.
