  • Northwest Energy Works—Northwest Energy Works administers the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Homes (NEEM+) program, and manages the database through which Energy Trust certifies whether a home is qualified for an incentive. The website offers details and links to more info on NEEM+ homes.
  • Manufactured Housing Institute—As the national trade organization representing all segments of the factory-built housing industry, the Manufactured Housing Institute provides industry research, promotion, education and government relations programs, by building and facilitating consensus within the industry.
  • ENERGY STAR—Specific to new manufactured homes, this page features an ENERGY STAR guide for retailers, a qualified manufactured home fact sheet and information on how manufacturers become certified to build ENERGY STAR homes.
